Receive a shipped kit of five award-winning American 3-oz wrapped chocolate bars and a tasting sheet and flavor wheel. Chef Zach will guide your group through the tasting while educating everyone about chocolate labels, chocolate types, and styles. Your group will learn the proper way to taste chocolate and understand where chocolate’s natural flavors come from through a discussion of origin and cacao varietals while also developing an understanding of chocolate bar ingredient lists.
