Includes: Lessons include all materials and ingredients, samples made during the class to take home, copy of all detailed recipes made in the class, and technique documents. Age minimum for all classes: 13+. All lessons take place at the chef’s home kitchen (map) and teach current techniques using professional-level couverture chocolate.
