THE ACTIVITY: This fun, interactive, and informative chocolate event explores the intricacies of the flavors inherent in fine chocolate and wine and how to combine the flavors of these two luxury items.

The guided tasting journey progresses with hand-picked selections of several high-quality yet approachable wines paired with several premium chocolates of varying cacao percentages and styles. You will discuss the flavor profiles of the wines and chocolates together and learn the concepts of good pairing and pairing pitfalls. Chef Zach will test the group’s taste buds along the way regarding flavors through fun, interactive questions to promote interaction among the group. The tasting ends with a pavé truffle made by Chef Zach using one of the tasting chocolates. What better way to socialize than over chocolate and wine?

Participants are gifted Santa hats and a glossy image postcard with Chef Zach’s warm, spiced wine recipe.

PRICE: $675* minimum, covering the first 12 people. Only $20 more for each person above 12. All materials and wines provided. (Chef Zach holds a TABC Sellers/Servers Certificate)
